And the internet bank I was using froze my account before the refund hit. Now I have no way to get in touch with irs to get them to mail me a check or send it to a different account because of the year of the return. Can someone help me how to fix this

A rejected direct deposit for a tax refund is sent back to the IRS. The IRS will then mail a refund check to the address on the tax return.

Okay so even if the 2019 I had previously filed had a different address? I no longer live at the 2019 address and I need it to go to the address on the 2018 return. It been 7 weeks already.
