Should I be concerned that my return was accepted almost three weeks ago but still hasn't been approved?

Upon looking at the IRS website it states that most returns are approved and the refunds sent back within a 21 day time frame. My return was approved on February 12, but it still hasn't been approved and it's almost at the 21 day mark. Should I be concerned? Most everyone around me has received their refund.

Some returns take longer to process.  And the IRS received 35 million returns the first week they were open in February.
