Should I amend? Or am I screwed cause I live in Idaho

I already filed and got my return. I paid my taxed unemployment from my federal side of my taxes. Will I be eligible for the rescue plan of getting those funds back? I live in idaho and I know they're denying there residents any proper chance for recovery especially in regards to this unemployment refund. Since it came out of my federal return does that change anything? Should I amend this?

Idaho did not change the state laws for taxing unemployment so you will not get an additional refund from the state for tax withheld from your unemployment by ID.
