My filed returns on TurboTax were $2400.  But I've only received $769.  Is the rest coming later?  I'm also curious what TBG Products is.

Is there anyway I can get a private email from an actual human about this?  I hate how companies are hiding their customer support email links from customers, it's disgusting.

The help article IS A JOKE.  I had to google "Turbotax customer support contact email"  Only to find out it's policy to NOT have an email contact.  But rather a godawful 800 hotline, that takes an hour to connect to anyone, then a further 30 minutes to get connected to "the right" person to help me, who then doesn't me.  So knock off the generic, boiler-plate answers.
