Sent refund to a Green Dot Prepaid Card, the irs released my funds 2/22. Sbtg sent my money and gave me a trace #. Whydidn’t I receive my refund? GreenDot doesn’t have it

You will want to make sure your card has been activated in order to access the funds after they are deposited.  The funds are not deposited until the IRS actually issues the payment.

Visit irs.gov/refunds or call the IRS Refund Hotline at (800) 829-1954. Green Dot does not have any information on the status of your refund.
