Since your return has already been filed and accepted, you would need to amend your return.  The amendment form will not be available until around 2/7/2019 (subject to change).  Amended returns must be mailed and can take 6 to 8 weeks to be processed.

If your parents have not filed their return yet, it will be rejected because your return does not show you are their dependent.  Since an amended returns takes awhile to be processed, your parents may want to mail their return in or wait to file until your return has been completely processed. Even then, their return get rejected if the IRS system is not updated with the new information.
