Section 179 applied for incorrectly last year

In doing my taxes for 2019 I see that some how  made a mistake in 2018 taxes that effect 2019 taxes.

I categorized my rental of a house as a Qualified Economic Stimulus  property, It is not.  And Put down that the New Furnace and Air conditioner were section 179 . Under Depreciation and Amortization form 4562.

This therefore made it so I can't depreciate the cost of the air conditioner and furnace, which should be depreciated over five years starting last year.

Now I need to know what forms to use to amend 2018 return, and
