It just says rejected, return reviewed. There is also a customer service message in TurboTax, which simply states "none". that's it..... very helpful! What should I do now?

Eh no. After I log on and go to fix it, I get the following completely useless message:

SC Schedule NR won't be ready for e-filing until 3/14/25. Check back then and you should be able to e-file it successfully. @jtwcarboy
Your tax return hasn't been e-filed due to a pending product update related to South Carolina Schedule NR. This update is scheduled for release March 14, 2025. On or after that date, apply any product updates (online products update automatically). Make any applicable changes if necessary, and re-transmit the return.
It's 3/14 today and I'm still facing this same rejection. When this will be fixed?
I totally understand and my question really is, how can intuit not inform their South Carolina customers and let them submit their tax return knowing that their software is faulty. This is absolutely outrageous, people put a lot of time and effort into this and intuit clearly does not care About their customers. People that ran into this should get a refund and free filing of their state taxes as a minimum.
If you still have issues after the update was released on 3/14/2025, log out of TurboTax, clear your cache and cookies, and try again. If you are still experiencing an error, please let us know.
