Does anyone know a way to speak with an actual person at SBTPG?  Their website and automated phone lines are useless.  I want to speak to a real person!  I mean, they are a real business right?  How do they not have a regular phone number?

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.
