SBPTG has stolen my money

I contacted the IRS to confirm the amount of my refund. They confirmed it was the amount I was expecting approx 4900 however SBPTG only deposited 3300. I have tried to contact them all day to no avail and no one will help me. I am so upset I could not stop crying. I needed to purchase a car and now that is impossible. Can someone tell me how to file a complaint? I am reaching out to the BBB but I doubt they will be able to help resolve this. I am so sick that Turbotax would leave customer stuck like this. They won't take responsibility and there is no way for me to speak with a live person at SBPTG that can explain to me where is the rest of my money. I have used turbotax for years and have never had this sort of issue until now. But never again!
