SBBT released my funds on Feb 8th and WF said they never received it. When I call SBBT I'm told my acct was not found and can't help me.

SBBT released my funds on Feb 8th and WF said they never received it. When I call SBBT I'm told my acct was not found and can't help me.

You can track your refund with SPTG here.

Please ensure when you track the refund, you are entering the whole dollar amount prior to any fees being deducted.
