revised 1099r

After I filed my return I received a "corrected" 1099R (although the corrected box was not checked).

The "correction" was the inclusion in box 16.. State Distribution of the amount that was missing when the first 1099R was produced/sent.

No state tax was withheld in either case and the distribution code (7) remained the same.

Do I need to file an amended returns?

No. You would only amend if you received a corrected tax form after filing and the new info changes your refund or tax due amount. No state tax was withheld on either 1099-R, so it wouldn't change your refund or tax due amount.
