Hello, I need to retrieve my 2017 tax returns and print a copy, however the instructions are not allowing me to do so. There is no Data and Privacy tab to print from when following the instructions Please advise.

There seems to be an issue with retrieving prior year tax returns and you are sent your TurboTax Account site for the Data and Privacy tab. You will need to contact TurboTax support on Monday for assistance with this problem.
Support is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday

The problem still has not been fixed.
For some reason I cannot retrieve a previous year. It says it is downloading a PDF, it goes to my down load file but will not open. If I use the open file option, nothing happens

Try using a different browser to download it.
What file did you download? Was it a .tax or .pdf or .txt file? If it downloads as a .txt file, try changing the .txt to .pdf or use a different browser to download it.
