If you are referring to the Turbo Prepaid Card, you can set up an account here if you click here. You will need to create a User ID and password. To locate your card number, look on your 1040 form on your tax return under the Refund section.

Yes,I sent for a new last week..now its saing my card is blocked plus I still havent recieved it as of yet
