Repeated e-File rejections

I tried to e-File my 2019 Federal taxes, but it keeps getting rejected.  My TurboTax program says that I have to input my recently deceased wife's 2018 AGI to correct the problem.  I checked my return and even got a 2108 IRS tax transcript to ascertain the correct AGI; they were the same number.  I inputted said number, but it still gets rejected.  What can I do to correct this issue?

First, my condolences for the passing of your wife. We just need a few more details here to best assist you. Was your 2018 return a joint return? If so, are you inputting the same AGI in both places for both you and your spouse?
