Removing Pay With My Refund fees with Desktop version?

HI, how do I remove the 'pay with my refund' to avoid the $40 fee with the Desktop version?  The online instructions say to go to the File menu and look for the 'Just one more step' option.  I dont have that option, and dont have anything on the File menu that takes me to a screen where I can turn that off.  Thanks, in advance.

Go back though the FILE tab and watch the screens closely. Watch for this one. Click on the left button to pay with credit card.

Hi, thanks for the reply.  I did not realize that option of paying the fees by card was further along in the efile process.  I thought it was an option on one of the menus.  Thanks for the help, I was able to to take care it and finish efiling.
