I have received a rejection notice code IND-031-04. The primary taxpayer {spouse} died in 2019. I have reentered the AGI from 2018 and it still rejects it. What next?

This has been a common occurrence this year. It's a problem somewhere in the e-file system. There is nothing you can do about it. You have to print your tax return, sign it, and file it by mail. In the space for the deceased taxpayer's signature write "filing as surviving spouse."
Deceased taxpayers are removed from the efile data base due to high fraud use ... all you can do is paper file the return.
I am single and have electronically filed for years.... I keep getting my 2019 efile rejected due to an incorrect 2018 ADI figure which I know is correct.
Please advise.

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.
If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
Using zero (0) worked, thank you!
