rejected returns for agi

i am doing my grandparents taxes, grandpa passed away in august 2019. I did there taxes and submitted. was told they were rejected and to enter AGI. I entered the AGI from 2018 and it still rejects there return says AGI incorrect.

Sometimes there is a situation beyond your control that prevents a tax return from being e-filed. In this case, your only option would be to print and mail in your return. This TurboTax FAQ will give you instructions on how to print and mail the tax return.

Ironic, I'm having same issue, says AGI incorrect, but I checked/rechecked and still rejects, my husband passed away last year as well, must be something because of their death..weird?
