rejected filing for AGI

My filing keeps getting rejected. I have entered the correct AGI from 2018, which was for both myself and my wife, who died last year (2019). Why is this happening; (2) rejections, already?

Unfortunately, for your late wife's AGI, the social security number is locked and the return must be sent by regular mail.

My return was rejected due to one or more of my dependents SSN already filed on someone else’s return for 2024 taxes. How do I see which SSN is causing the issue?
