Rejected amended state return

I had to amend my 2022 federal & state tax returns because I entered the wrong year W2. I e-filed both after amended through my Turbo Tax and IRS accepted my federal return right away but my state got rejected. So I went back in to fix (ended up owing more from 1st amend) then e-filed again. IRS rejected again. Went in to fix again (owed even more again) e-filed again. Rejected again. Turbo Tax said "everything looks good" each time before I e-filed. Why can't I speak to a live person with Turbo Tax??

Are you calling the number listed here; if so, what happens? Also, what version of Turbo Tax are you using?
