TurboTax says accepted but the IRS website says it’s still processing. Which one is right?

When TurboTax says ACCEPTED, they mean that the IRS accepted your return.  It doesn't mean that your return was processed.  TurboTax has nothing to do with the processing of your refund.  Once IRS has your return they will process it and issue the refund.  Continue checking Where's My Refund on the IRS website for updates on your return.

Accepted means your return was received and the basics (such as the correct social security number) seem to be in order.

So your return is still processing, once it has finished processing it will move to approved if the IRS approves it.
