3 months ago the IRS sent my refund to Green Dot bank. Still no refund. Green Dot says check with IRS. IRS says check with Green Dot. Ive used Turbo Tax many years. Not anymore. Absolute last time using. There are other tax preparation apps out there.

Is Green Dot Bank where your checking account is?  Or did you by any chance have Turbotax fees that you choose to pay out of your Federal refund?   If so, the refund would first go from the IRS to a third-party bank.  That's handled by a company SBTPG, which is a Green Dot company.

If you DID use that method to pay TurboTax fees, then you can use the refund lookup tool at the third-party company's (SBTPG) website. To do that, choose the taxpayer portal at:
