Refund still not received

IRS info shows my return was accepted and refund was sent on 3/19/2020. Did you get paid your fee? My money still has not been deposited in my bank direct deposit. I was told that IRS sends back to you, you take out fees then send to me. Can you tell me what the delay is?

How long does it usually take for a response from Turbo? Today was my first time posting since no one answers phones these days.

We apologize for the delay in response, If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.

You can track your refund at the Santa Barbara website by clicking here

My issue still has not been resolved. I still don't know where my refund is since IRS issued it on March 19. The link you provided for Santa Barbara didn't get me anywhere. It keeps saying my account was not found why I try logging in or missing pin when I try to register as new customer. Are u supposed to give me a number to log in? I can't speak with anyone directly. Very frustrating. I've never had issues with Turbo Tax until now.

Does the IRS website for federal tax refund actually indicate the the federal tax refund was sent? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Did you request to have a direct deposit to your bank account or did you select to have the tax refund deposited onto a Turbo® Visa® Debit Card?

Yes. IRS website shows refund was accepted, processed and sent. This should have been directly deposited into my bank account after you took your fees out.

TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/
