refund Status

I submitted my federal Taxes with no errors.  It been quite a while, so I checked and IRS says there was an error and im going from getting a refund of $600 to paying in $900...been using Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem.   I don't know what to do???

You should receive a letter from the IRS with an explanation. You can also contact the IRS. Please see How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)? for more information, including the IRS phone number and hours of operation. You may want to try calling right when they open since they have been very busy throughout the day.

The IRS does not notify TT of the change, but it might be related to the Stimulus or Advanced Child Tax Credit.
