Refund status

I did my NYS taxes February 3, turbo tax said it was accepted. It is Now March 5 and NYS still says we have received  your refund and it is still being processed no further information available. How long does it normally take to receive a refund ?

State refunds can take a long time, especially in some states who are cracking down on ID theft.

When you log into your account, what is showing for the "return status" for the state return?   Does it say accepted, rejected, started, incomplete, printed, or ready to mail?

If you efiled, does the state return status show up in this tool?

It states that it was accepted February 12 and now it is processing no further information at this time
