Why was my 2019 refund rejected and can i refile

The rejection/error notification you received should include an error number and describe what the error was or the data field that was in error. If you reply back with the error number perhaps someone can provide a more specific answer. The more information you provide the better the answer you get.

After you correct or re-enter the information in question you can indeed re-submit your return.
