refund program

I inadvertently  ordered and received two same programs from your online because your  online message said my crdit card was questionable.   I have purchase code ....9LZB and  .......9CB6....Please refund one of the  two programs at $109.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
