Why is it so hard to get in contact with someone or get a response back the person who did my return filed it without going over it with me first like I asked im not satisfied at all and I want a refund of the fees I paid satisfaction guaranteed is what they say well I'm not satisfied with my service I got and I haven't gotten any response or help from anyone from turbo tax but thr real quick to take thr fees but not respond back to a unsatisfied customer with thr guaranteed statement no wonder they had a Civil suit against them im not happy at all and thr bank received my refund and they just holding it like I don't need it what a company

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
