Refund mailed instead of deposit, where would it be mailed to?

I filled my taxes and elected to direct deposit and do the up to 5 days early and pay my filing fees out of my refund. My refund was approved by the IRS on 2/19, and a check was mailed on 2/25. TT never informed me that my refund was approved, as they said that they would.
I do not know why it wasn’t direct deposited or where the refund check was mailed. SBTG has no record of it, Turbo Tax can’t help at all, just reads of a script and tells me someone will call back, they don’t.
Would the IRS send the check to SBTG to recoup TT filing fees, or will the IRS send the check to me and I will need to pay them?

i will never ever elect to have my filing fees taken from my refund. There is zero communication or assistance available if things do not go as planned. I should have had my refund a week ago, and now I am not even sure where it is.

I am beyond frustrated at the lack of answers or willingness to look for answers.
