Refund less than expected

Turbo TAX sent in federal tax with refund of $5,234.00

Why did IRS change tax refund to $3,834.00 (minus $1,400) ?

Checked ITS2GO  see below

What is this  deduction? Actual Deposit in my bank from SBTPG $3,677.55 (minus $156.45) 

Total difference -$1,556.45

We changed the amount claimed as Recovery Rebate Credit on your tax return. The error was in one or more of the following:

• The Social Security number of one or more individuals claimed as a qualifying dependent was missing or incomplete.
• The last name of one or more individuals claimed as a qualifying dependent does not match our records.
• One or more individuals claimed as a qualifying dependent exceeds the age limit.
• Your adjusted gross income exceeds $75,000 ($150,000 if married filing jointly, $112,500 if head of household).
• The amount was computed incorrectly.

You will need to contact the IRS for an explanation of the decrease in your refund. You may want to try calling right when they open since they have been very busy throughout the day.

I had been using turbotax for 10 years. This is the first question I've ever asked and you dump me to the IRS? 

Who did my taxes?  YOU turbotax did. 

Turbotax of  can't or won't answer my question on how my taxes were prepared? 

This is unacceptable. 

also.  what was the additional charge of $156.45? 

Frustrated.
