Refund got rejected! Now stpg won’t issue check and don’t know when!

My refund got rejected from my bank because 1 letter was wrong. It was sent back to stpg on the 24th of February 2022. Stpg says they have my funds and don’t know when they will send a cashiers check im so sick right now. Why hold my funds!

i think they told you wrong. it takes the fees out.  then sends the money on to the a/c you designated.  if the routing or a/c' #'s are bad. the check is returned to STPG and they must return the money to the IRS to issue you a paper check. this takes weeks,

Oh okay but why have some gotten there checks from stpg when there refund got rejected they said they got a cashiers check.

i also got my check returned from my bank because they closed my account an hour prior to receiving the check. (i was overdrafted two months and that was the last day) now stpg says they received the check from irs on the 4th of march and that they sent it out. its the 16 and no check. im 2 months late on rent and i have a 10 month old baby. im alone and NEED this check. ive called, ive emailed and still no answers. i dont know what else to do
