I FILED MY FED TAX IN FEBRUARY, WAS ACCEPTED AND RECEIVED A SMALL REFUND OF $300. I FOUND AN ERROR, FILED AMENDED RETURN IN MARCHBWITH A REFUND OF $1400 DUE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS REFUND.

THE FILING WENT THROUGH TURBO TAXES' COMPANY. HELP!!

Whether you e-filed or mailed the federal amended tax return, Form 1040-X, it will take 4 to 6 months or longer for the IRS to process the amended tax return.
