You owe me $40 as I paid the filing fee twice

In the first place there is no filing fee. If you are in Deluxe the Federal preparation is $40. Then state is another $40. Then if you want the fees deducted from your refund there is a Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California).
