Refund direct deposit

I need to confirm the routing, checking, and account numbers on the refund section of the 1040 form, lines 35b, 35c, and 35d. 35b and 35d are "X'd" out, and 35c is blank. Just want to make sure the correct account numbers are in there, and the 35c line is blank, neither checking nor savings has been checked, although I remember clearly selecting checking.

I have a similar problem and the IRS hasn't taken the money out of my account.  Its been two weeks and I think this is the cause.  Very frustrating.
