I had to use TurboTax Deluxe to submit my return. I assume because of the student form my university had given me. TurboTax predicted I would receive my return on March 5th, so I didn't bother to look until then. When it wasn't in my account, I checked the "Where's My Refund" tool and discovered that it was deposited in my bank account on February 24th. Startled, I called my bank. They told me they had no record of this deposit anywhere on their end.
I went to check the bank information I had given TurboTax, and it was all correct. All of the IRS lines are too busy to even accept my call to put on hold, and I cannot find a way to get past the automated bot when I try to call TurboTax.
What do I do? :(

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

Thank you for the fast response, but I paid for Deluxe with my own debit card.

If the IRS website indicates the tax refund was Sent on 02/24 then the direct deposit would be available on your bank account. Unless any of the bank information you entered was incorrect, then the deposit would be refused and the the refund sent back to the IRS. The IRS would then mail the refund check to the address on your tax return. This process will take at least three weeks or longer.
Look at your tax return Filing Instructions for the bank routing and account number you entered. Or look at the Federal Information Worksheet Part V for the bank information.
Also, verify with your bank that the routing and account numbers you entered were correct.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
The IRS have done their part. The issue is with this fraudulent behavior between Turbotax and their bank I have filed a complaint with the BBB and sent a consumer complaint to our local news. There are way to many people having this same problem so it's time for us to find out exactly what it is that they're doing with OUR money
I confirmed with my bank several times that the information I put in, both my account number and routing number, was correct. I am starting to believe there may be an issue on another end.
