Refund check not able to cash

8yeah that got me nowhere and no resolution whatsoever nor have they contacted me back or fixed it they insist it's a real check however the check cashing place insi@t on pressing charges contact the bbb and ag they refuse to fix it

Contact the bbb ag and police in your area so they know what's going on in case where you cashed it pressed wants to press charges then contact the news in your area the one in my area wants to meet friday, seeing how its is tax time and they are sending bad checks to taxpayers after the irs send them are money and contact an attorney I also meet with one of those friday as well this whole situation that should of been avoided is taking a mental toll on me and my family not knowing If at any point I could go to jail because I cashed a check I received from intuit that the on recording, their rep said was my refund not only that I it's going on 2 weeks with no contact or resolution the longer this goes on the more stressed I get

Been contacting the local news here in the Cincinnati area. This makes no sense. My direct deposit hasn't changed in years now all of a sudden they couldn't use it and I get a fake check. Something isn't right here

I completely feel your pain this has been a nightmare I spent hours calling with no resolution or answers it's literally made me psychically I'll at this point I'm ready to lose my **bleep** have you had any luck since you posted

No luck what so ever. Gonna try again after work today. I've had this check for 4 weeks now with no luck cashing it. Have gotten several different excuses from several different calls with intuit/turbo tax but no answer has been the correct one and they won't reissue or explain why my direct deposit didn't go in when it's never been an issue prior

Not resolved. Just tried again at Walmart and nope. Declined

I've literally called 4 times and gotten 4 different stories and had them call me back 2 times and got 2 more different excuses/stories. Trying to reach my local news now

No luck still and I have been contacted by the office of the president of turbotax and told to call the 1800 number which I have many many times with no resolution I contacted the news whom is running a story on it next week after I go interview with them friday and I also have contacted an attorney whom I see next week. This is ridiculous and i want my money i now have to set up a payment plan with checksmart or go to jail I cant sleep eat work I'm so stressed out over cashing my income tax check. I have used turbotax for years and never will I use this company for anything ever again.

Well atleast I am not alone, but his sounds like terms for a class action lawsuit. I am going to reach out to class action lawyers and I'll post ones info once I find one that will take it. And I'd left it alone if they would of just paid me what I am owed. Not only that they insist the checks are real, which I have on recording and that I am wrong......

On my tax forms for my direct deposit the 0 at the end of my account number was missing which I know for a fact put it in right. But go look at your tax forms and check your direct deposit account number and lmk if yours is wrong as well

Yeah did that for two weeks straight atleast three times a day, got no where no resolution to this day I'm over contacting them retelling my story having a case opened then closed the next day with no answers or resolution

Absolutely any fees encured from the banks and the charges for taxes being done should Absolutely be paid back to all of us

I actually spoke with the supervisor today and he stated that Intuit has supposedly been working with Walmart to get these checks cashed and that it’s not fake. I went to Walmart today and she didn’t run it but she told me the amount would cause it to not go through, she said she tried to cash someone else’s earlier today and couldn’t. I went to a check cashing place here in my hometown and they said they didn’t work with Intuit so she wouldn’t be able to call and verify it. I can’t get the IRS to send the check because they’re saying the funds are at Cross River Bank. What the f*ck do we do to get this handled?
