Refund advance

I filed my taxes, filed out the advance form, and opened a credit karma account.  My taxes show the form, but I never got a refund advance approval letter.  I am still waiting for the credit karma card to come in, and my taxes have been accepted.  I don't know if I am getting the advance or not.  Is there anyway to check this or a number to call

You will want to make sure the primary taxpayer's information on the return matches the information in the Credit Karma account. If it does, please contact Credit Karma on their Contact Us page.

No the issue was never resolved.  Credit karma says they never received anything from turbo tax and every avenue I attempted with Turbo tax said contact credit karma.  My taxes have been accepted and the credit karma account is set up.  The form for refund advance was signed.  And I never got any answers.

Please see the TurboTax FAQ below, which includes a list of cities that you can print and mail returns through TurboTax. If your city isn't on the list, you will need to go on your state's Department of Revenue website to locate the form.
