I’m trying to get a refund advance after my return has been approved by the IRS but my refund amount is not showing on Credit Karma‘s end but it’s still showing as accepted on my end as well as TurboTax live. Does anyone know why that would be? They aren’t able to give me in advance until the amount is showing on their end.

Did you apply for the refund advance while filing your taxes, or are you trying to apply after filing?
My taxes have been filed and accepted by irs and state. Looking to see if I can still get the advance?

Once the tax return has been filed the refund advance is no longer available.
I asked about it it after I saw that my refund was accepted this morning. I explained that to credit karma customer service when I called and they said that I could still get the advance. I’m curious as to why my refund amount isn’t showing on their end but is still showing as accepted on mine as well as TurboTax. 🤷🏻♀️

See this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-topics/help/i-ve-already-filed-my-return-can-i-still-get-refun...
ok, so I have a similar situation.
Did you claim EIC, I did. So I am curious to know if this is what is holding up the RA. If they can't send a full refund until mid-end of Feb, then I am thinking it would tie up the advance also.
I checked last years return and I got my advance on the 9th of Feb, and the remaining amount the end of the month.
