So I am doing my taxes currently and my federal refund amount was over $4,000 but the pre-qualification for the Refund Advance Lone stated I was in the $500-$999 bracket and only pre-qualify for $250 rather than the correct $2,000 according to their tier/bracket information. Will this number be corrected when IRS accepts my refund or will I only be getting the lower $250 stated until my whole refund is in?

The amount you were prequalified is the amount you should expect to receive as your Refund Advance amount.
But why is that the case when it put me in the incorrect refund bracket? Is there any phone number I can contact this department at?
If you weren’t approved, you will receive an email from First Century Bank, N.A. with the reason for denial and contact information if you have additional questions about the decision.
