refund advance denied

I was approved when i filed for $750 and they told me to wait till IRS accepted then when IRS accepted they said I am denied and i will receive email  from First Century Bank NA, I am so mad!!  next year I am going to different place.

The IRS will not begin accepting returns until Monday.

That's what I thought but I've received email saying IRS accepted and the bank denied the advance. I've already called turbotax and they reviewed it but they can't help me because the bank is the one denied.. I am little bit frustrated
