Refund advance credit karma

Turbo Tax advertising for the refund advance loan with Credit Karma is misleading. It says
"When will I get my Refund Advance?
You'll get your Refund Advance funds typically within one hour of the IRS accepting your e-filed federal tax return (estimated late-January)."
Per First Century Bank, who issues the refund advance, it's when the IRS APPROVES your tax return, not when they accept it.

They should have said that in the first place dam it’s! I’ve been waiting for a deposit from that refund loan since January 18th. That’s the day that the IRS accepted my tax return. I’m pretty irritated cause I really could have used that money 2weeks ago. 
I have to thank you tho. You have given me the first straight answer about this refund loan. Thanks again.
