Hello im just trying ti find out why i havent received my return from the federal from last year . I received my state from last year just not the other is there a way i can find out about it. I mailed it in and when i go online to put my info in it tells me it cant provide any information at this time

When did you mail it?  The IRS is taking a very long time to process mailed returns.  Did you mail it separate from state?  Only the IRS can tell you.

I mailed them in together didnt know that you had to mail them in 2 different places i mailed them in Feb. 2021

So you need to print it out and mail it to the IRS.   Be sure to get a tracking number from the post office when you mail it.  And then when if efile 2022 enter 0 for the AGI since you are filing 2021 late.

If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2022 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2022. I had to go though about 12 screens.
