Trk?  Truck expenses?  You need to ask PA how best to get that info to them.  Maybe do a spreadsheet?

Per PA:
Line 10. Car and truck expenses. You may deduct 100
percent of your actual vehicle expenses, or you may use the
federal standard mileage rate. If you use the federal standard
mileage rate, you may not deduct any actual operating
expenses, including depreciation and lease costs. Follow the
Federal Schedule C rules for these expenses. If you use your
car or truck for both business and personal travel, you may
only deduct the business portion of your expenses.

If you took the federal standard mileage rate, you need to show that you have an extemporaneous log where you kept track of your business miles.  If the standard rate, you can only add toll and parking expenses, not gas etc.

If you took actual expenses, then possibly a spreadsheet showing the dates and  expense incurred.  Hopefully you properly depreciated the truck.

They want to see how you came up with the numbers entered.
