After you verify your identity how long does it take to get your taxes back

Just got through to the IRS, and she said everything looks good and they closed their case out on March 11th. And from that date to wait up to 9weeks. Literally in tears! I cant Wait that long!!!

Well folks. I spoke to a real nice lady at the IRS.. she said. They were behind. And it was gonna be pushing the nine weeks maybe more.. so I'm done..once again never filing early...

Checked wmr today and it finally changed, says i should see it by march 27th. Check your stuff guys.

Namura87 when you did yours. I just checked mines and it says it's been processed. I did my identity check on the 19 of feb

I filed 1/28 accepted same day. Feb 15 it changed to delayed 3/8 got letter for verification. Verified 3/8 got 2 more letters that said to wait 60 days. And 3/23 changed to approved will be in bank march 27th.

This is so frustrating, I filled mines 1/24 got accepted on 1/25. I got a letter on the 2/18, verified on the 2/19. Still waiting. It just says it's been processed. I call they just say it takes 9 weeks and to keep checking. They don't tell me anything else. I just want to scream.

Okay guys i spoke to a TA Friday and despite the IRS tales that they update daily isn't true the update Friday night into Saturday morning and the DDD are on weds. So everyone who is checking everyday is causing yourselves a bunch of unnesscary stress.

My TA said their system updates Friday and for me to check with her every Friday for updates.

I just got a another letter from IRS saying that they are verifying my return. In it could take up to 60 days to complete review. Did anyone else get a letter saying this?

Ok so I ordered my transcripts which came in today and they said no record of return filed....so now I’m even more confused I have called and they say nothing is wrong and I have to wait the 9 weeks

I was able to pull up my transcripts online and I think it’s a date fingers crossed I verified on 2/28 so we will see
