Reactivating my Account

Hi,

I cannot login into my account because I've changed my mobile phone. I tried to verify myself putting the information they ask (address,name,etc) but the system always says me they are not correct. What can I do?

Reactivating my Account

Since this is a user to user forum, you would need to contact TurboTax Support for help with your account.

 

You will need to contact Phone Support to reactivate an account. You can contact an agent at (800) 446-8848. You may also be asked to confirm your identity.
