I read on CNBC.com that people would have until this Thursday to put in their DD info and will get payments next week. So we’ll see. Sad part is if we wouldn’t have used TT we may have our payments already.
Hello everyone. I've been in this forum speaking on this topic since day 1. I've had issues using the irs portal to update my direct deposit as I was a client who chose the option for an advance on my taxes and to pay for the costs with my refund. I realized the information i was inputting was wrong. For refund amount pr amount owed..... IF U DID NOT OWE U ONLY NEED TO PUT THE FEDRERAL AMOUNT!!!! I also opened a new free chime account today because my turbo tax account and routing numbers did not work whenever I tried to use them... hope this helps !!!!
So how do I go back in and change my DD. I can't find anything to hat will let me change the info!!
Those r the ones I had put in for my DD when they asked me again. And it still is mailing me a paper check.
In my opinion that proves it's an issue with the Turbo Card not a glitch with the IRS like we're being told.
This is exactly what I'm dealing with. Still no deposit. Still negative 3.24 on card. Growing frustrated

@tskizzle Does the IRS get payment site state when they were mailing it? Curious because according to the IRS the first round of paper checks weren’t mailing until this Friday, wondering if they did it early. Hoping I’ll get mine ASAP! Thanks 🙂

What does the IRS site say about your payment? Just trying to see if its correct.
What was the IRS site telling you ? Was it still saying a deposit was pending or had it told you a check was coming?
Got a date of 04/22 and I’ll be dammed it’s in my account came at 4am
