The best bet for everyone still waiting is to login to the IRS tracker and find out if there is something more that needs to be done. Unfortunately the TurboTax information and assistance is not very reliable. Some will receive the payment, while others will not on this card. Catch it as early as possible so you don’t get screwed waiting until summer for a check to come. I’ve used TurboTax for over a decade. The lack of communication is the most frustrating part of this whole ordeal.

So the answer, at least for me, is NO! I used the TT card for 2019 TR refund (and yes the routing number and account number was listed as direct deposit info on 2019 TR); however, i logged into IRS "Get My Payment" tool today and it said that they did NOT have my direct deposit info.  I suggest that everyone use the IRS tool to find out where their payment is and if necessary give your direct depisit info. Good luck!

According to the IRS, my stimulus check was sent to the same account as my turbocard, however, I still dont see any money in the account? Why would there be a delay?

i have not recieved my stimulus check yet on my turbo tax card anyone else having the same issue yet being it is also a direct deposit card ????
