Thank you to turbo tax for not getting the check direct deposited on the card which had its own account and routing number on it. Now I can't feed my family thanks turbo tax.i will never use your service again nor should anyone else hurt by your negligence. 0 stars out of 5. Never to be recommended to anyone.. everyone cancel their debit card and find a new way to do your taxes.

Turbo tax debit card is greendot so yes, whoever got a turbo tax debit card for tax refund will also be getting the stimulus money deposited on it.

Yes, I received a notification yesterday through the turbo card app stating the money has been approved and will be posted between now and Wednesday. @stina51157

First TT has no part in how or when the IRS sends money to the TT card ... AND all the DD are NOT going out at the same time ... the IRS computers can only process so many at a time  ... AND if you had read this thread you will see other TT VISA users have gotten notice the deposit is on the way ...  So before you bad mouth anything be certain of  the facts ...

If you have already filed a 2019 return there is nothing you can do until something happens on the IRS side… and they are ahead of schedule which is evidenced by the test deposits some saw on Friday. 

If you get the DD in the next 2 weeks then you are done. 

If you do not get the DD by the time the IRS finally opens the promised portal (now expected by 4/17) then you can check on the status and/or  update your information at that time.    https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments

An additional feature on Get My Payment will allow eligible people a chance to provide their bank account information so they can receive their payment more quickly rather than waiting for a paper check. This feature will be unavailable if the Economic Impact Payment has already been scheduled for delivery.

The IRS has already started submitting deposits. You cant honestly tell all of us who have been receiving the same automated answer that the IRS hasnt set guidelines yet. ARE WE GETTING IT ON THE TURBOTAX VISA CARD THAT YOU ISSUED OR NOT? I can tell you one thing, if this is how your company does business, you will never receive my business again. I will most definitely be going to your competitor, H&R block for my tax needs.

I just got a definite no from a live turbo tax specialist on the phone. If you received your tax money return on a Turbo Tax Card you will be issued a paper check. Or you will have to wait til the government gets the direct deposit portal set up in mid April. So if your like me, (highly pissed right now), do not expect your money on Wednesday like everyone else.

This needs to be a priority.  Why has this issue bot been resolved. I filed my taxes with turbo and have been a loyal turbo tax user.  This information is essential and you guys at turbo are not providing any valid responses.  We the customer need to know what the next step is because some of us CANNOT afford to wait!!!
