I just got a definite no from a live turbo tax specialist on the phone. If you received your tax money return on a Turbo Tax Card you will be issued a paper check. Or you will have to wait til the government gets the direct deposit portal set up in mid April. So if your like me, (highly pissed right now), do not expect your money on Wednesday like everyone else.
