Are you referring to the efile status shown in your Online TurboTax account at the Tax Home page? If so, what does it say? If it says "accepted", it will always stay accepted.
Or are you referring to a refund status you are seeing at the IRS "Where's My Refund" page? If so, what is it?
If you efiled, how long has it been since you were accepted?
Mine is doing the same except for on the IRS2GO app ans its saying the same and ONLY information I have ever put in is incorrect and didnt match and to re renter it but when I do it still wont give me access to see the update/status on my refund.
